Hi, I’m C — the artist behind Art In CMinor.
In addition to being an artist I’m a philosopher, avid reader, gamer, anime kid at heart, and someone who’s always had the urge to make things with my hands. These parts of me are always present in my work, and often where I draw inspiration from.

Most of my work lives is black and white — graphic, high-contrast illustrations filled with monsters, surreal forms, and slightly unsettling smiles. I love how stripping away color forces me to focus on line, shadow, and mood. It keeps everything raw and intentional. But I’m not just interested in one lane. I’m inspired by graffiti, animation, street art, and anything expressive or weird. I occasionally work with color, and I genuinely love the challenge of commissions — collaborating with someone and bringing their strange ideas to life is one of my favorite parts of being an artist. Some of my best pieces have been commissioned pieces.

At the end of the day, I make art because I enjoy sharing it. If something I draw makes you pause, smile, or feel a little unsettled in a good way, then we’re probably on the same wavelength.
